One time when [?] (I, me) was in the hospital, I saw this child who was screaming because [?] (he, him) was in a lot of pain. I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t know how to help [?] (he, him).

All of the people around me weren’t paying attention to [?] (he, him).
I asked the doctors to help [?] (he, him), but [?] (they, them)
just ignored [?] (I, me) me because they were busy with other patients.

Then I decided to approach the little boy. When I touched his hand, [?] (he, him) looked at [?] (I, me) and smiled. I knew that this was enough for [?] (he, him) to stop crying because [?] (he, him)
just needed some attention and love.

Since then I wanted to be a doctor, helping people
