WH- question words are
for?
We use WH-
question words when we are looking for information.
Each
WH- word asks for a different type of information.
Here is the table from Lecture 1 that shows us what

Each answer must give that information.

Where
Where asks
about location (a place).
The answer for a where
question must be a location.

Short Answers
We can make short answers for these questions.
Short answersonly include the information that the
question word asked about. We can also include the preposition
that comes before the answer. This is shown in parentheses ( ).
